First company in Sicily to win the Award “Climate-conscious businesses”

We are pleased to announce that Meic Services S.p.A. – Benefit Society came first in Sicily at the Award “Climate-Aware Businesses organized by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with Statista and published in Pianeta magazine”


In the first months of 2024 the rankings of theMore Climate Aware Companies

The parameter used is the Carr (Compound Annual Reduction Rate). In simple words it is a sort of Carbon Footprint obtained asrelationship between how much we pollute and how much we bill. The lower the Carr is over the two-year period, the better the placement.

The research identifies the Italian companies that have reduced CO2 emissions the most (Scope 1 and Scope 2) compared to their turnover in the years 2020 and 2022.
We are proud to inform you that we have arrivedFirst in Sicily,both in the absolute ranking and in that of the product sector, out of a total of 600 companies analysed
